    Claremont, CA

PROJECT INFO

The Seaver Biology Building on Pomona College’s campus is an example of sustainable design which reduces consumption of precious resources. The building is 46,270 square-feet and three stories and includes offices and research labs for the biology faculty, greenhouses, instrument rooms, sterilizer and glass washing rooms, incubator rooms, darkrooms, walk-in warm and cold rooms, sterile transfer rooms, classrooms and advanced teaching labs and student lounges.

Pan-Pacific helped achieve the LEED-Silver Certification by utilizing recycled and local materials, providing the support for the cool roof and installing waterless urinals and dual-flush toilets.
