The new Kaiser Permanente Mission Bay medical office building offers a variety of healthcare services including pediatrics, dermatology, injury centers, orthopedics, and physical rehabilitation.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical was responsible for the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.
The project received LEED Platinum certification.
