Installing new facilities attached to one of the oldest existing ballparks in baseball was no small task. Add to that a very short schedule, and you have a fast-track, complicated project – one that Pan-Pacific excelled at. A large part of the project was investigating and documenting existing plumbing systems that had been installed over the years but weren’t part of any standard plans. We coordinated the required routing of systems and documented all piping to make the construction run smoothly. New expanded sections of dugout seats, a beautiful Dugout Club with an amazing kitchen and eating area and new field level seats were added during two different off-seasons. Pan-Pacific’s experience in this fast-paced type of construction made us an invaluable member of the construction team.
