Sited on Los Angeles’s historic Wilshire Boulevard, this contemporary high-rise adds 190 new residential units to the area between LA’s Koreatown and Westlake neighborhoods. The 3033 Wilshire Boulevard development will comprise of a new, 18-story residential tower with approximately 5,540 square feet of ground floor retail with parking spaces on the first four floors. The building also includes 190 units ranging from studios to two bedroom and penthouse units, and will feature a sky deck amenity level with a clubhouse and an outdoor pool and spa. The building would be capped by a rooftop pool and amenity deck, offering panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles, the Hollywood Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical designed and installed the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.

Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing two above ground belly tanks with remote fill and monitoring capabilities including control panels to accommodate requirements for the project. The above ground belly tanks were installed along with duplex pump units to supply the tower generators.
