The Southern California Christmas Luncheon was held on Thursday, December 8th and hosted over 550 employees. One of our largest turnouts to date, the Phoenix Club in Anaheim was crawling with employees and lobsters. The Lobsta Truck hauled in 550 lobsters to feed the hungry crowd and offered a food truck atmosphere with an indoor/outdoor dining space. Employees tied on their lobster bibs and cracked open the giant New England lobsters along with clams, corn on the cob, andouille sausage, clam chowder and blueberry pie. One of our largest longevity lists was read as 5 through 55 year employees took the stage. Southern California also acknowledged future retiree Dave Tito. MVP's for 2016 were Erik Roth, Dan Watts, George Clark, and Bryan Erdeman.
